Due to the nature of these handmade and personalized products, we do not accept cancellations or returns. Please double check our processing times & make sure your order details are correct before purchasing.

Damaged Items & Wrong Items
We inspect every product and order that leaves our studio to maintain good quality but we understand that at times there may be instances were the items may be broken during shipment or wrong items were sent. If this is the case, please email us at info@ratherdelicate.com within 3 days upon receiving your parcel; with a description of the issue, pictures, and your order number so that we can make it right for you!
