Order & Delivery Process

After you have placed an order, we will email you with a design proof, mainly to check word placement & spellings. You may make two adjustments for free.

If you have chosen our signature marble background: the background will not be reflected in the design proof as they are hand-painted and no two pieces are the same.

Once the design is confirmed, we will begin making your order! Our processing time is currently 4 weeks.

When your order is complete, your items will be packaged securely and sent out to your home!

Product Care

- All items will come with a protective sleeve. Store your wedding stationery in it to prevent dust accumulation and scratches especially during its travel to your event.

- Avoid placing heavy objects on top of your wedding stationery to prevent bending or cracking.

- If necessary, gently clean your wedding stationery using a soft, lint-free cloth.
