Due to the personalized nature of our gift bags and limited event capacity:
- Tickets are non-refundable once purchased
- Tickets are transferable to another guest up to 7 days before the event - please email info@ratherdelicate.com to request transfer. All transfers require confirmation from Rather Delicate
- Name changes must be provided for personalized items
In the case of event cancellation by Rather Delicate (including severe weather):
- Full refunds will be processed within 7 business days
- You will be notified via email
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
