Making your own linen sign for your wedding? Or creating a special one for a friend’s big day? The hardest part isn’t the lettering, it’s finding the right fabric. So I made my own. This banner is designed specifically for wedding linen signs, so all you need to do is add your design.

The tutorial
Once you’ve got the right fabric, making your sign is easier than you’d think. My short and sweet tutorial walks you through my exact process, from setting up your design to hanging and styling your finished sign.
What you’ll also need
- POSCA markers in 3M and 5M sizes
- A projector
- A ruler, pencil and some scrap paper
- Hooks and tape
- Your design, made in Procreate or Canva
- Fabric, if you’ve chosen the tutorial only option
