What is engraving?

Engraving is the process of etching words onto an object, creating a mark that lasts. Each piece is engraved using my calligraphy, turning names, dates, or small phrases into something a little more personal. It’s a simple way to add meaning to objects you’ll use, gift, and keep over time.

What items/materials can be customized

We can engrave on various materials and items with a smooth surface, such as glass, metal, and plastic. Popular items include perfume and cologne bottles, lipsticks, wine bottles, wine glasses and champagne flutes, and more.

Are there any items you do not customize on?

Yes, there are certain items we cannot engrave due to safety reasons or limitations in our equipment. We do not engrave on champagne bottles or other pressurized containers as they pose a risk of explosion during or after the engraving process.

Additionally, we may not be able to engrave on certain materials or items depending on their thickness, texture, or shape.

If you have any questions about whether your specific item can be engraved, please contact us, and we'll be happy to assist you.

Do I need to provide the item(s) for customizing?

Clients typically provide the item(s) they’d like engraved, so you can ensure it’s exactly what you want before sending it to me. For your convenience, you’re welcome to order items online and have them shipped directly to the studio.

In some cases, I may be able to help source items for you — feel free to mention this in your enquiry.

What is the turnaround time?

The turnaround time for custom engraving orders is typically 7-10 business days from the time we receive your items, confirmed design and payment.

What can I have engraved onto the item(s)?

You can include a wide range of information in your engraving, depending on the available space on the item and the complexity of the design. Common engraving options include: names, initials, dates, and short messages.

We recommend keeping the engraving concise and meaningful to ensure readability and aesthetic appeal. If you have a specific idea in mind, please discuss it with us, and we'll help you create a beautiful and personalized engraving.

Can I provide my own design or logo for customizing?

It depends on the complexity of your design or logo. While we can work with custom designs, please keep in mind that due to the hand-engraved nature of our services, we may not be able to replicate your design with 100% accuracy. We will do our best to capture the essence and style of your design, but slight variations may occur.

If you have a specific design in mind, please contact us with an image file (PNG, JPG, or AI), and we'll assess its feasibility for engraving.
